Are there any system requirements to view the video content?
No. Our tutorial videos are best viewed on a computer, but you can watch it on your phone or tablet as well.
What do I get for my subscription?
You’ll have unlimited access to the course you have chosen. All video files and written study aids will be available for a lifetime.
How should I go on with the courses?
If you have just started to get into cake decorations, start with our basic package. You should also do that if you are not confident enough regarding the basics. After that, you can choose any of the courses, they are all clear and easy to follow. Every course includes video files and written study aids. You should always watch the video first and then read the attached written study-aid, which contains more detailed information and tips as well. If you are ready, watch the video again and start working.
I followed every single step precisely, but I failed. What should I do?
In all our courses, we share recipes and techniques that we use in real life, so we guarantee that they work. If something goes wrong, that should be due to two things: you overlooked something by mistake or you haven’t practiced enough. We give you accurate guidelines about what to do and what not to do in both our videos and the study aids as well. Do not forget, it’s a bit similar to learning a language: we can show you how to do it but you need to deepen your knowledge.
How do I reset my password?
On the Sign in page and select “Forgot Password?” Enter your username or email address and select “Reset Password.” Once you are logged into your account, you can change your password by clicking on the Password icon on your My Account page.
I forgot my login information; can I have it sent to me?

I would love to join but I can’t find a course that I like.

I registered and subscribed but I can’t log in or the videos are not available. What should I do?
Please, check if you typed in the right e-mail address and password that you have given at the registration. Then make sure the “Caps lock” button was not pressed. If you are still not able to log in, please click on the “Forgot my password” button. You’ll get an e-mail sent to the e-mail address that you have given at the registration, which will help you to set a new password. If you do not receive this e-mail, your e-mail address is probably incorrect, in this case, please send an e-mail to this address: email@example.com . In your e-mail, give us your whole name and the proof document of payment as an attachment. We’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
